Reviewed Beer-in-the-Rear Chicken

"You can't go wrong with a beer in the rear chicken. Paula has a good recipe. I added lemon and a small portion of a serrano pepper to add more flavor. Don't forget to pour the remaining beer over the smoked bird. That same beer can also make an awesome gravy too.

Reviewed Hamburger with Double Cheddar Cheese, Grilled Vidalia Onion and Horseradish Mustard

"I like this recipe. I mixed ground sirloin with the ground chuck. I also added bread crumbs for better texture. The burgers came out great off the grill.

Reviewed Beer Can Chicken

"Great Recipe! If you want to add more flavor to the beer can chicken add fresh ingredients in the beer itself. I always add sliced garlic colves, yellow onion, halved lemon, and serrano peppers into the beer itself. I also add more of the dry rub into the beer as well. You will notce the difference in taste compared to not adding anything in the beer. This will be the best chicken you have ever eaten!
