Unfortunately, this didn't turn out as wonderful as I hoped. I followed this recipe exactly as written, however I have a few complaints. First, it was WAY too sweet. Too sweet to eat. Second, the recipe asked to brown the sugar with the lemon juice, vanilla bean, and apple cider for 6 minutes. I should have stopped earlier because the sugar burned...

Wow! This brisket was amazing! My husband and I were trying to find a brisket recipe since we're hosting Christmas Eve this year. We tried two different brisket recipes this past weekend to see which we'd be making. This definitely won! We will be making this Christmas Eve and we're so excited for our guests to try this! We know they'll love it!...

These brownies were fantastic! Words can't explain enough how wonderful these were. They were so chocolately, fudgy, moist, and delicious!! By far the best brownies I've ever eaten and made! Everyone was asking me for the recipe. Thank you Ina!! :-)

This dish was flavorful, however, I had a difficult time getting the risotto to cook through with the amount of liquid this recipe called for. Instead of using 6.5 cups of total liquid, I ending up using about 7.5 cups of total liquid in order to get the risotto to cook thoroughly. Also, I made this as a main meal, and to me, I think I consider this...

This was delicious and very flavorful. I made it for company that I had over and I received so many compliments on it. The only problem I had was the cooking time. The recipe calls for 40-50 min. I had it in the oven for about an hour. I felt like the cake would not cook evenly. One half was finished, but the other half still came out wet when I i"

These were delicious! The flavor was definitely a hit, however, the texture...not so much. After the bars cooled, I cut them into bars and they just kept falling apart. What I did notice, however, is the thicker bars kept intact. It was the ones that were just a tad bit thinner that seemed to crumble more. I think next time, I will double the reci"

These are really good. I received many compliments on them! I did 1/2 tsp vanilla extract and 1/2 tsp almond extract instead of 1 tsp vanilla. I loved the taste of the almond extract in the mix. I also knew my guests wanted something chocolatey, so I ended up adding semi-sweet chocolate chips to the top half of the oatmeal mixture. They turned out"

This was an amazing dish! I made it as a side dish for a BBQ we had. It tastes so light and fresh. The herb and lemon aromas are wonderful in this dish! I ate it feeling guilt free :) I did add a little bit of feta crumbles on top of the dish for some contrasting color and it was very tasty with it. Thanks Giada!"

This was absolutely delicious! I made it for my husband on his birthday and he enjoyed it very much! I made a meat sauce with lean beef instead of keeping it vegetarian and it was great. I also used low fat ricotta and fat free mozzerella cheese. It was just as great as having the full fat ingredients. Wonderful and filling dish. Thank you, Giada!"
