OMG. My husband is the king of ribs (in my opinion. We got 2 racks of local organic St. Louis ribs(Georgiatown Farms in White Stone, VA and cooked them exactly like Bobby said. They were better than perfect. My husband was skeptical about the 500F but after I read him most of the reviews he was game! End result was amazing!!!"
