Dang it! I decided to read the reviews AFTER tasting the glaze that I had just brushed on. Ugh! The cumin gives the glaze a very strong taste. I took the advice of one of the reviewers and increased the temp to 350. I'll reserve judgement on the meatloaf itself until it's done. Hope it's better than the last few reviews.
