Reviewed Spaghetti alla Carbonara
"This dish is pretty much spot on, like the recipe says you have to really have everything hot in order to make sure the egg mixture is cooked, which should come out like a cream. Some recipes call for wine or chicken broth, I however was taught to use the water from the pasta like this recipe calls. I also use 8oz of pancetta, I never use regualr ""
I have some culinary training, but not nearly enough to describe me as a chef. I love to cook and put a new spin on things, I love to take classes whenever I can, but schedules do collide and thats why I come here and look up recipes and get feedback.
