“This recipe is great except it should specify to use unsalted butter and to use 3 cups of "sifted" confectioners sugar.
1 cup sifted confectioners sugar = 3.6 oz or 102 g
1 cup unsifted confectioners sugar = 4.4 oz or 125g
So those of you who used unsifted sugar actually put in 69g extra sugar which...”
