Reviewed Creamy Black Beans
"Invest in a good pressure cooker and you can make any dry black beans perfect in 30 minutes without having to soak over night. If everyone would use a pressure cooker there life would be so much easier in the kitchen. The beans in this recipe are bland but I think FN ment it that way so you can enjoy them with the enchilada recipe (you don't want the beans to overwhelmed the main dish).
