Reviewed Pureed Spinach and Sweet Pea Soup with Fresh Mint Cream

I made this soup for my gourmet group. They absolutely loved it. After I pureed the spinach & peas, I did not think it needed any cream. Also I used very little salt. For the mint cream, I used only Greek yogurt, adding a little half & half to thin the yogurt. I added more mint then what it called for. A healthy and delicious soup. Easy to "
