My Activity

Reviewed Basic Popovers

"Too much salt. Consider reducing it to 1/4 tsp table salt. (This recipe is salt heavy even if you use KOSHER.) A.B. seems to like more salt in things than I do. (His Pizza Crust is salt heavy too.) I reduced it to this and they were very good.
But, the kids still ate the salty ones. ""

Reviewed Instant Chocolate Pudding Mix

"A reviewer mentioned the lack of measurements for using the mix.
The video talks about how to use it.

1 3/4 cups mix
to 2 cups milk and 2 cups heavy cream
Whisk and simmer 4 minutes.

Yum!""

Reviewed Pizza Pizzas

"This is a great recipe the first day and gets better if you refrigerate it. Very successful!
I appreciate the episode that featured this recipe. Alton says to keep your pizzas small in order to move it successfully from peel to oven.
