Reviewed Beef and Black Bean Chili with Green Onion Corn Cakes

This is my go to chili recipe. It's easy, tastes fresh, and looks pretty. I love serving the corn cake on the top -- makes it like a chili pot pie. I use 93% lean beef and use about 1.5 lbs, but with all the veggies in this recipe, the meat goes farther. Great recipe for a weekday dinner with plenty of leftovers for lunch the next day.
