Our favorite smoothie recipe so far! My 8 and 4 year old boys love these for dinner on hot summer nights, with a side of pita or flatbread to gnaw on. We use greek yogurt for the high protein content (2% fat, not the non-fat kind). Next time I'll try adding the Chia seeds I found at Trader Joe's."
