This recipe was EXCELLENT - I am not sure why the recent negative reviews, but it's very important that you use a good red wine. If it's not something that you enjoy drinking - you should never cook with it, as this becomes the main flavor your sauce is built on. I doubled the amount of mushrooms, which didn't hurt at all and I omitted the pea's...
