Low Fat Cottage Cheese in Lasagne??!!! It clearly wasn't used to make the recipe low fat. Ree Drummond has stated that her recipes are not low calorie or low fat. Rarely can they even be called nutritional - so why low-fat cottage cheese in lasagne? If she is going to re-invent the wheel, let's make it better - not worse.

What exactly are her qualifications as a cook? She doesn't make anything that is new or different. In fact, she is taking classics, such as this recipe, and making them awful. Fortunately, I previewed this before I made it for houseguests. There are plenty of good breakfast casserole recipes out there. This is not one of them.

So it's not just me? She is taking the old standard recipes and making them worse - nutritionally and flavor-wise.

Yuck!! If cooks on the Foodnetwork are going to reinvent the wheel, they should try to make it better, not worse.

A bit boring - nachos are something we make frequently; in fact, my husband from Colorado makes the BEST nachos! These are just nothing special. If cooks on the Food Network are going to recreate the wheel, they should try to do something that makes their version of the recipe interesting and even better than the old classic.

It's wonderful and so doable! I have made it for my annual St. Patrick Day party two years now. The flavor is incomparable, it's so fresh - I am unable to eat commercially corned beef now. This year, there was only time to brine the beef for 8 days - it still had plenty of good flavor. And it makes the best corned beef hash and Reuben sandwiches...

Love it!!! Great recipe for entertaining - it's easy, dramatic and delicious. Used mussels one, skipped the tomatoes for a party. It was the hit dish of the night.""
