Reviewed Shepherd's Pie
"This is a great fun recipe! I love the individual serving dishes. I did change it up, being from Wisconsin, COW country I used BEEF! My family loved it, as well as I fixed it for a church group. The presentation was cool. And it was very easy to make. And YUM!! A touchdown for sure. You could make this in a pie pan if you wanted, perhaps to serve your family. But my family got a kick out of there own boats. I did save the extra beef/port reduction and had it on the side for those gravy lovers. Will definitely make this again!"

I love to cook/create with my family. For my family and friends. With my family. A great way to bring the family together! Good music and good fair. I love to listen to music, all kinds, worship is my favorite. Also love the old stuff. My passion is cooking and creating. I don't like it when my family puts the knives in the diswasher..lol.. I enjoy reading old cook books, and new, and changing up a recipe to make it mine. I love it when I serve a dish that's considered a "touchdown" by those who I am serving. ( I live near Titletown) I serve for my church memebers occasionally, and cater for freinds events. Love and Life inspire me to cook. Some day I hope to have a diner.

Yes! I love food. I love to taste it. Try new things. New recipes! And I love to cook / create for those around me. Favorite restaurant~ That is tough. Just when I think I have one, I discover a new place. One tip when traveling: Look for the locals favorites! The parking lot will usually be full and you can bet you will get local down home cooking bar none!
