"This is a simple,light meal that is so easy to make. I don't do my salmon in a pan to cut down on the fish smell in our house. I wrap each filet in foil and season with lemon, salt and pepper. Close the foil and bake for 20 min at 400. The filets are Bowen 1 - 1-1/2" thick. Perfect every time."
