"We absolutely LOVED this recipe. Obviously when cooking, you cook to taste and what might be salty to one person may not be to the next. I myself don't particularly enjoy salt so when making my house seasoning, I add less salt. >P.S. "We really enjoyed this dish. However, I did slightly change it. I used low sodium bacon instead of pancetta and penne instead of spaghetti. I also added peas and carrots to give it a little more of a veggie factor. But we LOVED it. It wasn't hard to do and was really delicious. Thank you! ""
