“I served this as an appetizer to a group of friends at my New Year's Day Luncheon. It was a big hit, and I was asked for the recipe twice.
This is very simple to prepare, especially that you can prepare most of it well ahead.
The Panko bread crumbs should not be substituted, they give this dish the best texture.
