These cookies turned out very good, I liked that the cookie was soft and buttery. I found that to have nice looking cookies I needed to bake the cookies without jam or the 'thumbprint' for half the time (8 minutes in my oven) then pull them out, put in the thumbprint and jam, and finish them another 8 minutes.
