My first attempt at this recipe went wrong.. still tasted ok though. I used my food processor (w/grating attachment) to shred the apple and it turned into apple sauce. then i used sweet chili sauce instead of hot chili sauce.. ooppps.
-2nd time was the charm. hand grated the apple and used the correct chili sauce - I'm not usually a fan...

If someone had introduced fresh green beans to me as child (instead of that canned mess) I would have eaten them a lot more. "

when i describe this to my friends I say "Ok, think cheesy garlic bread with chopped clams on top... ok now.. as a pizza"
The dressed arugula is a big plus, especially if you squeeze a lemon wedge over seafood when you eat it. "

I agree with them.. this recipe is broken.
I pounded out the chicken, sauced, cheesed, and ham wrapped. browned in olive oil then transferred to oven for 10-15 mins at 400. chicken cooked perfectly
So good and the salad dressing is DELICIOUS!
3 stars because recipe is broken but food combination was excellent

Apparently I am not a chopped fennel fan but the rest of it was tasty. After reading the reviews I altered my prep a little.. ie 1 cup water/1 cup wine and a lower heat for the pork. An even though I picked around the fennel and the shallots (they picked up a lot of fennel flavor) I'm still giving this recipe 4 stars because my friend and her 9y"
