Reviewed Chicken Stock

Mar 18, 2013 in Food Network Community Toolbox on FoodNetwork.com

I love this recipe and the fact that I can get every last bit of goodness from the chicken. I keep a bag for bones in the freezer to use for stock. And when I make Ina's chicken noodle soup (delicious!) I buy a whole cut-up chicken and bake the breasts for the soup and save the rest for stock.
This last time, my stock came out gelantinous,...

Yes ma'am, Ina makes me look good once again! Going to the "trouble" of making the stock and baking the chicken is SO worth the effort. I also cooked my noodles separately.

This is off-the-charts good and so easy to make. I didn't change a thing. I'm so glad to have a simple recipe for homemade mac & cheese that is so delicious. We can't wait to go to the gym enough to make this again. :)"

So flavorful! This is really a wonderful recipe for quinoa, which can be bland. I used Craisins just because it was what I had on hand. I also soaked them for a couple of hours first to plump them up. The pine nuts are a wonderful touch, as is the lemon. This recipe will be a staple in our house."

This is simple and delicious. I had a lot of left over phyllo, even using only half the package, so next time I'll plan another dish that will let me use the extra. This was a huge hit!"

These lemon bars are OUTRAGEOUS! We made them exactly as instructed, except that we may not have needed quite as much time to bake the filling. I left mine in the 'fridge overnight. Easy out of the pan, without using grease between the pan and the foil -- but the foil is a lifesaver.
AWESOME. Will make again for sure."

I love this easy recipe. I made this for the second time and didn't pay attention. I ended up putting the cayenne, garlic and paprika in the egg wash on accident. I went ahead and added some to the dry ingredient panko mixture as well and got a nice little extra kick. It's great both ways!""

This is a fabulous recipe! Right after combining all the ingredients, the dough will be VERY runny. Don't worry, it's fine and will thicken up after a few minutes. I spooned my dough onto the pans and sprinked with sugar. I also added 2 or 3 white chocolate chips to the tops of some. I didn't have dark brown sugar so I used light brown and they a...
