Made this for Sunday Dinner and it was de-licous! Watched the video and noticed that the written recipe stated 10 min at 500degrees while the Alex said 20 min on the video twice. Glad I watched the video! Loved the flavor of the meet and potatoes. I also threw in with the potates a couple whole cloves of garlic with the tops cut off. Yummmy!...

OMG! Make it ten stars!!!! I am italian and made this recipie for my husband's family of twelve. It was delicious!!!! Only things I did different is that after browning the beef and then bringing the sauce to a boil, I put all in a crock pot for two hours on high, lid craked to reduce/thicken sauce.
