Loved this! I've made this twice now. I'm lucky enough to have a mexican grocer close by to buy the fresh tomatillos, and queso fresco. I didn't change a thing except added a little habanero hot sauce to the chicken marinade because my boyfriend, and I Love spicy! I would highly reccoment this. "

LOVED this. Everything was delicious. I modified the oven fries by using habanero and chipotle flakes that I ground- love extra spicy!. Left all the ribs and seeds with the jalepenos for the tomatillo salsa- which gave it just the right amount of heat and flavor. Pork was nice and tender. Awesome reminded me back of living down south. The sauce was an excellent north carolina style. And the pork just fell apart.
