Reviewed Pan-Fried Onion Dip

"This was amazing, but there are a couple of things to note;
1 It's more of a spread than a dip- if you want it like a dip, you could add more sour cream. This is a very thick spread.
2 Like other reviewers have said, it's imperative that the onion is really carmelized, and it takes a bit longer to get them there.
