"I think it's perfect, including the salt, and the garlic. One teaspoon salt is definitely not too much, in my opinion, and heavy on the garlic is divine. As far as the oil, I didn't even measure that, but instead just poured it until the pesto was the right consistency. It probably amounted to about a cup, maybe a smidgeon more."
