My Activity

Reviewed Molten Lava Cakes

"First off, I didn't add the orange liquor.
It was SO so so so SO rich. Waaaayyyy too rich. I used a smaller cup than recommended and it was still too much cake. I ate it with a dollop of fresh whipped cream and a huge glass of water and couldn't finish.
It was very easy to make, however, and quickly came together.
I didn't have any sticking"

Reviewed Chicken Parmesan Rollatini

"This is Great! Make sure that the chicken is thin enough... mine were a little bit thicker and were kind of hard to roll.. I didn't mist after it was coated with crumbs and it browned beautiful. I think next time I'll add more crumbs for more crunch :) The sauce was also easy and yummy. ""

Reviewed Sausage Balls

"I followed a fellow reviewers advice and used 1 lb of sausage, 1 and 1/2 cup of bisquick, and 2 cups of freshly shredded sharp chedder. Tasted delicioius!! I wish I would have made them smaller though.. ""

Reviewed Italian Chicken Sticks

"This was SUPER easy. I did have to substitute Panko and Asiago for the taditional breadcrumbs and parmesan. I was really hoping for maximum crispy-ness so I flipped half of them at half the time... didn't really help.. Next time I think I will pan fry them first. Delicious, especially with pasta :D

Reviewed Ragu-Stuffed Peppers

"10 min in the microwave is way too long for the peppers. I would have just put them in for 5. Also instead of ragu I used just a jar of sauce. I forgot to buy meat so I just doubled the couscous. I also doubled the cheese in the filling mixture ;) While the recipe says a pepper per person really half a pepper fills you up. Make sure to buy more cube shapped rather than long peppers so it'll hold the filling better. Overall fantastic. I'm sure it's even better if followed to the T.

Reviewed Baked Macaroni and Cheese

"Somehow even with 12 ounces of sharp chedder the actual macaroni and cheese didn't have a strong enough flavor for me. Everyone else loved it though!! I don't know if I'd put the effort into making it again... I cut my thumb this time.
