My husband and kids LOVED this oven-fried chicken. It tasted much better than the real fried chicken I tried to make recently. I used half panko and half crushed cornflakes. The coating was very crunchy and the chicken inside very moist. I marinated it for 24 hours. I used dried thyme in place of fresh. Served with home fries and roasted asp"
