Great way to use swiss chard - and with just the right amount of 'kick'! If you are feeding folks who don't love spicy food, I would tone down the red pepper flakes or leave them out all together-- we actually added more to our version and loved it. So flavorful! Will be making this one again. "

A really delicious flavor profile. We substituted the peppers with Hatch chiles (which we had handy) but followed the recipe exactly otherwise. Very flavorful and not as spicy as you'd think. We served this over rice. "
