Reviewed Foolproof Standing Rib Roast
"I'm now on the third roast using Paula's method and I can't believe how easy it is. Hardest part is not opening the oven. Perfectly cooked, to the doneness we like and WOW. I've done a lot of Prime Ribs and was always playing with the oven, trying to time it right to get it the way we like, and this is almost idiot proof. Thank you Paula. "
About Me
Love to cook and entertain. My idea of a good time is a houseful of friends sharing a great meal. Last year I started my own food blog, and have been having fun sharing my personal recipes. I'm finally admitting to actually having a blog, I kept it quiet for a long time, but now I'm ready to come out of the oven with it.
Favorite Foods
I love food, just about everything out there. I really don't have a favorite food, but maybe, fresh baked bread with some cold butter and a cup of hot chocolate, heaven. I've been known to bake a loaf just to have that comfort food. I love to try new foods, recipes and see how other people cook.
