I made this exactly by the recipe and it turned out perfect. We all thought the lemon/sweet ratio was perfect. Super easy to put together. I topped mine with lightly sweetened whipped cream. Yumm!

Both hubby and I give two thumbs up. Made it according to the recipe and did not feel the need to change anything. I used two pickled peppadues (?) from the olive bar for the pickled cherry peppers since I hadn't try those before (really good, BTW!). I would recommend this if you want something different.

These were DELICIOUS but I did have to add probably a quarter cup more cream to get things to stick together (little at a time) to be able to work with the dough. Cooking time increased 4-5 minutes to get the doneness I wanted. They turned out perfect then.
I substituted some macerated strawberries for the topping in the recipe. Yummy!&...

I don't know if it was the marinade or my new George foreman grill but hubby said that was " the best chicken I ever had!" It was just enough to favor the chicken but not too sweet. We did not make the sandwich...the chicken was flavorful to stand alone. Keeper!"

I have made this several times now as it has become a favorite of Hubby and mine. I tweaked the dressing by using teriyaki sauce in place of the soy sauce (adds just a little bit of sweetness) and decreased the olive oil to 2-3 Tbsp.. For the salad itself, I added rotisserie chicken and sugar snap peas to the rest of the recipe. Also I use two pa...

YUM YUM! Made it according to the recipe. I added some left over rotisserie chicken to make this a great dinner salad. I've been looking forward to trying this out at my next get together.
