I used pattypan squash and Bisquick. After reading the other reviews, I measured out 1 1/2 cups of the shredded squash (cut the recipe in half) and it was a bit too wet so I added about 1/4 cup of flour and a tablespoon of panko bread crumbs. They came out perfect - very delicious and a great way to use that extra summer squash."
