Reviewed Mom's Turkey Meatloaf

"After I "fixed" this recipe to my families taste it was great. I also chopped the onion the same way - all of it. I used homemade bread crumbs instead of the oats; and then on the top of t"

Reviewed Corned Beef and Cabbage with Herb Buttered Potatoes

"This was so easy and tasted great. Going to use it on Sunday for St. Paddy's Day dinner. The only thing I did different was - I positively HATE cooked cabbage - so I made Cole Slaw instead. Every body love it. And I cooked it on high for 5 hours. Thanks Sandra for a great crock pot recipe."

Reviewed Onion Dip from Scratch

"Yes - I tired it too because of the MSG. I am highly allergic to MSG and so tend to cook from scratch. Also the preseravtive calcium chlorhydrate which is the basis for chlorine gas is also one of the basis for MSG. So yes - I was very interested in making this dip. It was one of the best I have ever made. I would also advise anyone who is MS"

But instead of the cajin seasoning I used 1 tsp of Emeril's Bayou Blast seasoning from the Food Network that I always keep made up in my pantry. This is definately a keeper.
