After I "fixed" this recipe to my families taste it was great. I added 1- 2 tablespoons minced garlic; got rid of the bell pepper and instead substituted 2 - 3 carrots that had been finely chopped in the food processor. I also chopped the onion the same way - all of it. I used homemade bread crumbs instead of the oats; and then on the top of t"

This was so easy and tasted great. Going to use it on Sunday for St. Paddy's Day dinner. The only thing I did different was - I positively HATE cooked cabbage - so I made Cole Slaw instead. Every body love it. And I cooked it on high for 5 hours. Thanks Sandra for a great crock pot recipe."

Made this last night but cut everything down for one person - I live alone. I used my NuWave infrared oven. It only took about 30 minutes of the whole meal and boy was it ever good. I cut my large chicken breast in half; and will have the second half of the chicken and the remainder of the drippings tomorrow with some leftover rice.

I made a similar recipe years ago but I used 1 ground beef instead pancetta as the filling to which I added pretty much the same ingredients that Ann used here. Since there are only two of us in the house, I made all of the lasagna strips into rolls. Guess I got about 10 or 12 - but froze all but 6 which we had for dinner that night. I would u"

Yes - I tired it too because of the MSG. I am highly allergic to MSG and so tend to cook from scratch. Also the preseravtive calcium chlorhydrate which is the basis for chlorine gas is also one of the basis for MSG. So yes - I was very interested in making this dip. It was one of the best I have ever made. I would also advise anyone who is MS"

This is a great recipe and such a nice change from sandwiches or salads!!! Thank you so much. But instead of the cajin seasoning I used 1 tsp of Emeril's Bayou Blast seasoning from the Food Network that I always keep made up in my pantry. This is definately a keeper. I also used Hunts stewed tomatoes and I am MSG intollerant and Hunts has zero...

It was very good - but took to long to cook. So - I got out my pressure cooker, cleaned the artichoke, placed it on the steamer pad, added 2 cups water; drizzled 1 tablespoon over it and 1/8 (or a good shake) of garlic powder. Put the cooker top on it and brought it to 25 psi for 20 minutes. I let the cooker come down on it's own. WOW!! Was m"

How can you say this meatloaf is the WORST? You must have made it wrong. I do cut the chili powder and cayenne pepper to half what the recipe call for - cause I don't like it too spicey, but a little kick is fine. Also - I leave the green peppers our too - they repeat on some people. Everyone realy likes it too.
