About Me
Jessica Roy is owner and operator of Shiso Sushi Catering and is also a Personal Chef. A true East Coast gal at heart (Boston native), her history as a former sponsored and competitive snowboarder guided her away from the ocean and to the majestic mountains out west. Jess is an avid outdoor sportswoman, adventurer and lover of all things having to do with food, wine, and travel.
