I'm a Dietitian that follows a mostly meatless diet, but I indulge in meat entrees every now and then. I love to cook, bake, and try new recipes. I'm always looking for new vegetarian recipes!
My favorite vegetarian recipes are pasta fagioli, taco soup, and macaroni & cheese.
