I love this chili recipe - I've made it a few times already and I've gotten a ton of great feedback on it! I love my chili dark and chunky that is why I love this recipe! I've also made it for a friend who has celiac disease and made it gluten free by substituting the amber ale for gluten free amber ale (Green's - just ask your local liquor store)"

This recipe is so flavorful - it is the best chicken curry I've made! I used tri-colored fingerling potatoes so I don't have to peel it - I just cut them in half. The garam masala was hard to do since I don't have access to a store that carry black cardamom pods. I used a substitute recipe that toasts the spices but doesn't utilize the black carda"
