About Me
I am a homemaker with 2 beautiful shih tzu. after my 13 year career working in 4 different 5 star hotels and extremely exposed with chefs from all over the world, i realized that my passion is not computer but cooking. as an executive assistant of the executive chef, i learned a lot of things and now everything comes handy in terms of experimenting my own dishes at home. and i guess i am very lucky to have a husband who has the same passion with me, Food.
Favorite Foods
My favorite foods to cook are japanese, chinese, italian, filipino and thai. but my famous recipe is Pochero (home cook pork with beans, banana and sweet potato). its hard to say which restaurant i like but all of the above.
