Reviewed Romaine with Pan-Roasted Garlic Dressing

This was a delicious dressing! It was easy to prepare and my picky eaters really liked it. My 9 year old said it was rich and full of flavor. I didn't have any trouble cooking the garlic over low heat, it did not burn, it was caramelized to perfection. I can't wait to make it again!"
