"Amazing! We recently ate at Fizzz, a German Beer Garden in Escondido, CA. My husband ate Sauerbraten, so we were craving it. Found Bobby Flay's recipe on FoodNetwork.com and enjoyed every bite. Plan to spend at least 4 hrs of your time prepping and cooking, but well worth the wait. Perfect Oktoberfest meal. Can't wait for leftovers tonight! Thank you Nanny & Bobby Flay for sharing.
