Reviewed Lemon Ricotta Cookies with Lemon Glaze
"Loved,Loved,Loved these cookies!! Used 1/2 Meyer lemons I had for this recipe & they were just delish! This will DEF be my 'Go To' cookie! Ive been looking for something (fast) other than the plain old Sugar cookie & I found it! I will use a bit more grated lemon next time & I agree with Chef #643295 regarding the glaze & adding 4-5 Tbls. of lemon"

I Love to try out new recipes..not much for baking but I love to cook- Italian, We love Italian food especially but we love ANY food!Living in the Desert S.W., our sweltering heat sort of demands you to dress as cool & comfortable as allowable..therefore you need to stay in shape & eat right so I've been considering incorporating a partial vegan diet into my life. Also, I've suffered from Chronic Clusterheadaches for 25 years & I think making any positive dietary changes can only be beneficial!
