Reviewed Foolproof Standing Rib Roast

"I made this last Christmas and I'm making it again today. I followed the directions exactly and it turned perfectly excellent! Well, the only thing I didn't do is use the entire amount of the House Rub...that would have been way too salty since I make gravy with the pan drippings. Delicious!!!! Thanks, Paula! BTW, my guess is that if you get a 10 lb roast, cook it for 2 hours and still leave the oven off for 3 hours.
