I made this last night and it was incredible! My husband kept coming back for more so I know it had to be good as he is rather picky sometimes. I didn't have arrowroot so I used cornstarch and didn't notice any difference. I also used four different types of apples and enjoyed the variation in sweet vs. slightly tart. I will make this again next week...

Gluten and Lactose Free revision. I loved this recipe but revised for dietary restrictions. I subsituted Lactaid milk and for the flour I used 1/3 c. rice flour, 1/4 c. Tapioca starch, 1/8 c. cornstarch and 1/2 tsp of xanthum gum. Mmmm. Good. Also, I like lemon so I substituted 2 tsp of lemon juice along with 1 tsp of the vanilla for a truly tasty"

I really like the simplicity of this recipe and it tastes great! I prefer using the Mexican Sea Bass instead of Chilean and have used this recipe with halibut as well. All are great witht the mango salsa. I have grilled the fish as per this recipe, but now prefer steaming as it keeps the fish moist and reduces the oil calories. Each way is delicio"

This is incredibly good!! I've made this several times now and everytime it's a hit. I prefer it with only one jalapeno or it's too warm for my taste. I've used it with different types of fish as well as on it's own and each was is delicious. I love it and it has become my favorite way to eat mangos now. "

OMG! This was incredible as the flavors melted in my mouth and I screamed for more. I saw this on TV this morning and made it this afternoon.
