Reviewed Garlic and Citrus Chicken

"This chicken was good, but nothing out of this world. The meat was bland as other reviewers pointed out. There isn't really much of a citrus flavor. But it was moist and juicy. The gravy was delicious and it was what actually saved this chicken as far as flavor is concern. The recipe does have potencial though. I will try again, this time I will mash up about 6 cloves of garlic and rub it on the chicken together wit the salt and pepper. I might also try making extra of the basting sauce and marinating the chicken in it for a few hours to see if that helps with flavor. Overall, the chicken is not bad it just needs a little tweeking.
