Very delicious! I prepared the recipe exactly as stated and added the leaf of basil under the skin as shown on tv. It was wonderful. Since chicken breasts with skin are not boneless, I simply took a sharp knife and cut the breast off the bone��� was not hard to do.

I love the truffle flavor so I prepared this pasta dish tonight. I was in heaven. I followed the recipe exactly; it was so easy and delicious! My local grocery store carried the white truffle butter but not the tagliarelle noodles - I used fettuccine noodles and it was still wonderful. I will make this again using the egg noodles next time.
