At Last - a really good recipe for collard greens. I made a few changes in order to use some leftovers : I used a ham bone vs ham hocks and then added smoked salt for the smokey flavor (smoked salt is MY new discovery - no need to use bacon fat, ham fat etc.)"”

Perfect as both a side dish or a first coarse.
Holds up well after dressing.
Burnet not available so I substituted grated, well dried cucumber.
Add Kosher salt to taste.
