Amazing Pecan Pie! I wish I would have doubled this and made two - I will next time. Followed the recipe as written except I reduced the white sugar slightly. I have never had eggplant parmigiana before (and actually I have never been a fan of eggplant), but after seeing this on the show, I had to try it. I am so glad I did!
