“I made these today and they turned out awesome. The only change I made was I used 3 egg yolks and 1 whole egg. I used alittle more flour. The Gnocchi turned out light and airy. The sauce was awesome. My husband who like meat sauce even liked the sauce..and he said the Gnocchi was even as good as his Italian Mother in law made.
