Sooo good, even without butter! This makes a lot more batter than I thought - so put it into two small loaf pans. I think if you put it into one big loaf pan the outside of the banana bread would get too burnt. I also put foil on top of the pans about half-way through cooking to omit any burning that may happen. As always with anything I bake,"
