Reviewed Roasted Turnips

"I am Polish so turnips should be part of my repertoire. My mom says she never like turnips that is why she does not use them. However, I liked this recipe. You use a dutch oven on the stove top and brown the butter, then add the turnip mix and brown on all sides. I added only a sprinkling of poppy seed and then the paprika and the red wine vinegar. It was a nice complement to a pork loin roast! Remember add a little spice at a time to taste."
