Glad I made a test run first - this cake refuses to bake. Followed it exactly, but then it just refused to bake through. Maybe the sugar is too high? I baked it for 20 minutes longer than the recipe and it was still not done. I have had very little luck with Giada's recipes; so sorry this one turns out to be yet another disappointment.
