This recipe is amazing! Made it for a formal dinner party and it was a huge success. Planning on using it again for Thanksgiving. Relatively easy...great results.

These palmiers are wonderful! They look so elegant and special. I have made them on several occaions and they were well received each time. One of the gentlemem in our wine/supper club actually asked if he could take some home with him! Now that's a sign of a successful recipe! "

I made this last night for company. We all thought that the apples were too tart. I used macoun apples as the recipe suggested. I would make this again but I would use a sweeter variety of apple. I do have to say that the crisp topping is great! Will try again!"

I was a little disappointed in this recipe. I marinated the pork for 9 hours and still was not impressed with the taste. If you like a strong citrus taste in your meat, this one is for you. We thought it was a bit too sour. "

I have now made this recipe several times for company. Everytime I make it I find that it was a bit bland so I put more honey in to sweeten it. It's always a favorite with that minor tweak! Great to serve just over greens if your dinner is more extensive! "

If you could give a recipe 6 stars - I would give it to this recipe! It is amazing! The blend of tastes in this dish is unbelievable. I made it for guests last night and everyone raved about the taste. My husband liked it so much he asked me to make it again for dinner tonight! Simple, simple, simple to make."
