"Update on flavor: very good. I would cut down a little of the ricotta and add feta cheese. It just goes well with the spinach and olives. It will also add saltiness so maybe cut down a little on the salt if adding feta. But as I said below, definitely either half the filling recipe or split the filling in half and make two tarts."

So basically, making the filling according to the directions results in enough filling for two tarts. "I would definitely make changes to this pie. First of all, the honey overpowers the maple flavor. I could not taste any maple whatsoever. So my first change would be to omit te honey entirely.
